What’s the best way to receive my plant order?

Self pick-up is highly recommended!

Plants are living things, and they travel best when handled gently and kept upright.

Choosing to pick up your plant helps ensure it reaches you in perfect condition — no surprises, no sad leaves.

Pick-up is available at Boon Lay MRT, and you can select your preferred timing during checkout. We’ll follow up to confirm the details once your order is placed


How does delivery for plants work?

If self pick-up isn’t possible, we can arrange for delivery via Lalamove or a personal drop-off when possible. This helps us ensure the plant arrives safely and in good condition.

As we plan plant deliveries carefully to avoid damage, please allow 1 to 2 weeks for delivery.

If you need the plant urgently or as a gift, just let us know — we’ll do our best to make special arrangements for you 💚

Delivery for plant orders is charged at a flat fee of $25.


Is there free shipping?

Yes — but only for non-plant items like our Plant Pals, pots, and other accessories.

Enjoy free shipping on non-plant orders above $100!

For orders that include both plants and non-plant items, the plant delivery fee of $25 still applies.


Why can't plants be sent by normal courier?

Standard couriers often involve multiple stops, stacking, and longer delivery times — which increases the risk of plants getting damaged, knocked over, or left in unsuitable conditions. That’s why we use on-demand couriers to ensure your plant gets from our hands to yours, safely and quickly.
